The car features an anemic 305 TPI motor (86 was the slowest of all the TPI cars). I
did do some upgrades, including SVO injectors, dual cooling fans, new cam from Crane Cams, roller rockers, upgraded ignition,
fresh air system, Edelbrock emissions legal shorty headers, Flowmaster exhaust, and high flow cat. Still not what
I consider fast but it's a little more fun to drive than it was before.

Current Progress:
The engine crapped out on me in the spring so I installed the 305 from my smashed 92 TA convertible.
It was in good shape so I only freshened it up. I added Edelbrock coated headers, 19# Bosch design 3 injectors (highly
recommended), custom chip, and a Jardine high flow cat-back system. A new transmission was installed too. I'm
anticipating new paint in the fall.
